  • Position Summary

    Avineon is seeking a SharePoint Developer to add to our team. The SharePoint Developer will produce requirements, develop SharePoint content and workflows, deploy those solutions, and provide Tier 2 and 3 support for customers.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Communicate with customers to gather requirements and feedback.
    • Clearly document requirements in accordance with corporate and/or industry standards.
    • Design solutions in accordance with provided requirements documentation.
    • Present designs to customers and record feedback.
    • Develop SharePoint elements necessary to implement the designed solution.
    • Test SharePoint components to ensure the meet customer requirements.
    • Deploy solution in Enterprise SharePoint system.
    • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for users having issues with SharePoint systems.
    • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to facilitate work efforts.
    • Demonstrate ability to work productively with a wide range of people as well as ability to effectively present information to customers and senior management
    • Manage project commitments to meet timelines.

    Education - Experience & Skills Required

    • 5+ years’ experience designing and developing SharePoint solutions.
    • Experience with CorasWorks desired.
    • Experience with SharePoint web services desired.
    • 1 year experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.




    • Bachelors’ degree in computer science/IT preferred. 5 years’ additional experience can be substituted.
    • GSEC, Sec+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security required. CISA, GCED, CISSP, CASP, or GCIH will also meet/exceed this requirement.
